Dana Lance works as a Project Manager for several community and real estate development companies. Her role with these organizations consists of planning, development, project implementation, organizational development and support. She helps to ensure the financial stability and vitality of each organization with a keen eye on organizational efficiencies.
Her previous work experience has been in the employee benefits arenas holding positions as Consultant and Project Manager. She has extensive knowledge in the Health and Welfare sectors with a focus on maximizing the company’s bottom line. As a Claims Consultant, she helped to reduce the disability reserve balance by $500M for a Fortune 500 company.
Ms. Lance’s undergraduate work at Northwestern University was in the area of Applied Mathematics and Economics. Additionally, she holds insurance industry certifications in Life, Health and Employee Benefits.
Dana’s true passion is helping others. She has volunteered as an Employee Wellness Coach, worked as an Adult GED Instructor, consulted people on obtaining disability benefits, and volunteered as a pre-college and math tutor.
